Fat: 28.36g | Prot: 40.35g | Carb: 157.68g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Highlights Hot Chocolate, Croissant. Lunch:  Corn Rice Cake, honey mustard, Boiled Egg, Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner:  Pasta (Made with Egg, Cooked), turkey slice, Onions, Corn, Green Peas (Frozen), Carrots, Capsicum, broccoli, ainsley harriot. Snacks/Other:  Tirma Chocolate wafer, Red Table Wine.
