Dinner:  Red Tomatoes, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Sliced Beetroot, Celery. Snacks/Other:  Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Krydder Boller, Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Cheese, Biscuit.
