Fat: 67.61g | Prot: 117.52g | Carb: 171.32g.   Breakfast:  Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked), Egg, Havarti Cheese, Toasted Rye Bread. Lunch:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Yellow Sweet Corn, all bran buds, homo milk. Snacks/Other:  Baked Ready Salted Crisps, Golden Delicious Apples, Protein Powder (100% Whey Protein), Organic Peanut Butter - Classic, Vanilla Ice Cream.
