Fat: 153.76g | Prot: 215.36g | Carb: 227.23g.   Breakfast:  1% Lowfat Cottage Cheese with Pinapple, Coffee, Omega-3 Creamy Peanut Butter, Original Liquid Coffee Creamer, Raisin Cinnamon Swirl Bread. Lunch:  Deep Fried Potato French Fries (from Frozen), Naked Tenders (6), Thai Curry Sauce, Traditional Wings (4 Pieces). Dinner:  Boston Lager, Crispy Onions Garlic Pepper, Light Ranch Dressing, Mixed Salad Greens, Pineapple, Texas Toast Cheese & Garlic Croutons. Snacks/Other:  Chardonnay, Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein Shake.
