Fat: 153.76g | Prot: 215.36g | Carb: 227.23g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Raisin Cinnamon Swirl Bread, 1% Lowfat Cottage Cheese with Pinapple, Original Liquid Coffee Creamer, Omega-3 Creamy Peanut Butter. Lunch:  Naked Tenders (6), Traditional Wings (4 Pieces), Thai Curry Sauce, Deep Fried Potato French Fries (from Frozen). Dinner:  Mixed Salad Greens, Light Ranch Dressing, Crispy Onions Garlic Pepper, Texas Toast Cheese & Garlic Croutons, Pineapple, Boston Lager. Snacks/Other:  Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein Shake, Chardonnay.
