Fat: 100.32g | Prot: 98.27g | Carb: 107.43g.   Breakfast:  buckwheat groats, Coconut Oil, coconut oil, Coconut Oil, coconut water, green tea. Lunch:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), cucumber, green pepper, Mustard, red pepper, romaine, spinach, tomatoe. Dinner:  cumin, green beans, kale, olive oil, spinach. Snacks/Other:  boiled egg, coconut oil, green tea, mustard, seltzer water.
