Fat: 100.32g | Prot: 98.27g | Carb: 107.43g.   Breakfast:  Coconut Oil, buckwheat groats, coconut water, green tea, coconut oil, Coconut Oil. Lunch:  Mustard, romaine, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), spinach, cucumber, red pepper, green pepper, tomatoe. Dinner:  kale, green beans, spinach, olive oil, cumin. Snacks/Other:  mustard, coconut oil, green tea, seltzer water, boiled egg.
