Fat: 56.08g | Prot: 144.84g | Carb: 150.95g.   Breakfast:  Total 0% Greek Yogurt, Walnuts, Sugar Free Imitation Honey, Sweet 'N Low, Coffee, Cream (Half & Half). Lunch:  Sugar Free Creme Brulee Rice Pudding, Artisan Fold It Flatbread - Rosemary & Olive Oil, Shaved Mesquite Turkey Breast, Light String Cheese. Dinner:  French Dip Sandwich (Half), Creamy Dark Beer.
