Fat: 66.11g | Prot: 106.12g | Carb: 193.78g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cream (Half & Half), Sugar, Peach Mango Orange Jam, Cottage Cheese (Nonfat). Lunch:  Fat Free Catalina Dressing, Mixed Salad Greens, diced ham, Turkey Light Meat, cucumber, egg, tomato. Dinner:  Beef Top Sirloin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade), Sweet Potato, Butter, Mushrooms, bacon, cheddar, ranch, strawberry lemonade. Snacks/Other:  Mini Crispy Rice Snacks - Yogurt & Berries, Bananas, Root Beer Barrels, hot fudge sundae.
