Fat: 49.08g | Prot: 68.43g | Carb: 216.07g.   Breakfast:  tomato, egg, grapefruit, lettuce, rye toast, water, water. Lunch:  cucumber, french fries, lettuce, tomatoe, tuna salad. Dinner:  butter, olive oil, roll, salad, squash, strawberries, sweet potato, tomato. Snacks/Other:  grapefruit, kidney beans.
