Lunch:  American Singles, Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread, BUTTER LT W/CANOLA OIL. Dinner:  Beef Stock (Cubed, Dry), Dark Red Kidney Beans, Extra Long Grain White Rice, Monterey Jack Cheese, Smoked Sausage (Beef, Pork, and Turkey Mix). Snacks/Other:  Emer'gen-C 1,000mg Vitamin C Fizzing Drink Mix Super Orange, Benefiber Powder, Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Garden Veggie Medley Pita Chips, Thin Mint Cookies, Trefoils, Original Ritz Crackers, Reduced Fat Creamy Peanut Butter, Vanilla Ice Cream, Slow Churned Vanilla Light Ice Cream.
