Fat: 52.62g | Prot: 57.73g | Carb: 227.73g.   Breakfast:  100% Orange Juce From Concentrate, bagel, cream cheese. Lunch:  Organics Vanilla Soymilk, wegmans vanilla granola cereal. Dinner:  Crab Rangoons, Shrimp Lo Mein, Steamed Dumpling (Filled with Meat Poultry or Seafood). Snacks/Other:  American Cheese Spread (with Di Sodium Phosphate, Pasteurized), ANDRSN STICK PRETZ BARREL-WF, hummus, Triscuit Rosemary & Olive Oil Crackers.
