Fat: 52.62g | Prot: 57.73g | Carb: 227.73g.   Breakfast:  bagel, cream cheese, 100% Orange Juce From Concentrate. Lunch:  wegmans vanilla granola cereal, Organics Vanilla Soymilk. Dinner:  Shrimp Lo Mein, Crab Rangoons, Steamed Dumpling (Filled with Meat Poultry or Seafood). Snacks/Other:  Triscuit Rosemary & Olive Oil Crackers, hummus, American Cheese Spread (with Di Sodium Phosphate, Pasteurized), ANDRSN STICK PRETZ BARREL-WF.
