Lunch:  Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Red Tomatoes, Smoked or Cured Ham (Lean Only Eaten), Egg, Baked Beans. Snacks/Other:  Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Plain Chocolate, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick.
