Fat: 32.00g | Prot: 40.00g | Carb: 146.00g.   Breakfast:  adults' gummy calcium dietary supplement, adults' gummy multivitamin, immune c plus zinc & echinacea, Sugar Free Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal. Lunch:  100% whole wheat bread, Honey Smoked Turkey Breast, no sugar added diced peaches. Dinner:  Rigatoni & Italian Sausage, Salisbury Steak Meal. Snacks/Other:  Special K Fruit Crisps - Strawberry.
