Fat: 54.09g | Prot: 42.15g | Carb: 126.10g.   Breakfast:  Almonds , Brazil Nuts, Cod Liver Fish Oil, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain) , Pineapple Juice, Walnuts. Dinner:  Baked Beans, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Red Tomatoes, Smoked or Cured Ham (Lean Only Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Biscuit, Biscuit, Cheese, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified).
