Breakfast: 1 cup of cottage cheese. Lunch: Subway 4 swiss cheese squares, Subway 6 inch whole wheat , Subway Avocado, Subway lettuce, Subway lettuce tomato onion, Subway oil and vinegar, Subway tomato. Dinner: almond milk, broccoli, mashed potatoes, Oatmeal. Snacks/Other: 1 TB butter, 3 TB Orville Redenbacker popcorn kernals, Apple cinnamon cheerios, fat free milk.
