Fat: 66.13g | Prot: 75.19g | Carb: 209.18g.   Breakfast:  1 cup of cottage cheese. Lunch:  Subway 6 inch whole wheat , Subway 4 swiss cheese squares, Subway lettuce tomato onion, Subway lettuce, Subway tomato, Subway Avocado, Subway oil and vinegar. Dinner:  Oatmeal, almond milk, broccoli, mashed potatoes. Snacks/Other:  Apple cinnamon cheerios, fat free milk, 3 TB Orville Redenbacker popcorn kernals, 1 TB butter.
