Fat: 31.60g | Prot: 148.42g | Carb: 421.31g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Grain Quaker Oats, Coffee, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A and Protein), Red Kidney Beans (Canned). Lunch:  100% Whole Grain Oatmeal, Red Kidney Beans. Dinner:  Brown Rice, Cocoa and Sugar Mixture (with Skim Milk), Shrimp, Whole Wheat Bread.
