Fat: 41.23g | Prot: 115.53g | Carb: 87.93g.   Breakfast:  Nutritional Shake - Strawberries & Creme, oh yeah cookie and carmel crunch bar. Lunch:  broccoli, Grapefruit, smart balance light, trader joe's pineapple salsa, treasures from the sea tilapia. Dinner:  egg, green beans, salsa, thomas nooks and crannies. Snacks/Other:  0% Fat All Natural Greek Yogurt - Blueberry, Good Grab Bar - Almond Fudge Brownie, kraft tomato basil string cheese.
