Fat: 56.90g | Prot: 71.32g | Carb: 97.84g.   Breakfast:  half and half, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), half and half, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), hard boiled egg. Lunch:  Blue Cheese Dressing, Lettuce, sunflower seeds, red onion, black olive, garbanzo beans, zucchini, craisins. Dinner:  roast beef deli meat, deli ham, deli turkey, lettuce. Snacks/Other:  Carrot Cake with Icing.
