Lunch:  Grilled Essentials - Hardwood Smoked Chicken Breast, Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Bagel Thins - Everything. Dinner:  Pork Loin (Tenderloin), Baby Spinach, Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh). Snacks/Other:  Fish Oil, Dark Chocolate Nuggets with Almond, Thomas Bagels, Beemans.
