Fat: 38.71g | Prot: 96.01g | Carb: 179.81g.   Breakfast:  V8 100% Vegetable Juice, GOLEAN High Protein & High Fiber Cereal, Sugar Free Metamucil, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A). Lunch:  12" Buffalo Chicken Pizza, Lettuce Salad with Egg, Tomato, and/or Carrots. Dinner:  Immunity Boost Vegetables, Chicken Cacciatore. Snacks/Other:  Frozen Blackberries, Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt.
