Fat: 23.50g | Prot: 31.25g | Carb: 92.75g.   Breakfast:  Bagel Thins - Plain, Crunchy Peanut Butter, Hazelnut Spread with Cocoa. Lunch:  Cheese crisps, Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Thomas' Bagel Thins. Snacks/Other:  Light Fruit Cocktail in Pear Juice.
