Fat: 31.81g | Prot: 22.69g | Carb: 150.98g.   Breakfast:  apple, coffee, half and half creamer, lipton noodle cup of soup, splenda. Lunch:  english muffin, jello chocolate pudding snack cup, peanut butter, red grapes, salami. Dinner:  lipton cup of soup.
