Fat: 80.46g | Prot: 139.90g | Carb: 169.77g.   Breakfast:  banana, eggs, yoplait light yogurt, safflower oil, chia seeds. Lunch:  fat free cheese, peperoncini, Italian Bread, mayo, deli turkey breast, Deli Sliced Ham. Dinner:  pork sirloin roast, sauerkraut, tomato, cucumber, scallion. Snacks/Other:  wasa crisp and light 7 grain cracker, laughing cow cheese, 3-2-1 Cake, chia seeds, hershey's cocoa, whipped cream, weight watchers cheese wedges, peperoncini.
