Fat: 80.46g | Prot: 139.90g | Carb: 169.77g.   Breakfast:  banana, chia seeds, eggs, safflower oil, yoplait light yogurt. Lunch:  Deli Sliced Ham, deli turkey breast, fat free cheese, Italian Bread, mayo, peperoncini. Dinner:  cucumber, pork sirloin roast, sauerkraut, scallion, tomato. Snacks/Other:  3-2-1 Cake, chia seeds, hershey's cocoa, laughing cow cheese, peperoncini, wasa crisp and light 7 grain cracker, weight watchers cheese wedges, whipped cream.
