Fat: 57.75g | Prot: 125.62g | Carb: 139.70g.   Breakfast:  chicken breast, Marinated Salad, healthy life white bread, coffee. Lunch:  tomato sauce, tomatoes, ground chicken, chia seed, no noodle, celery, mature onions, green pepper, water. Dinner:  Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), green beans, scallion, parmesan cheese, water. Snacks/Other:  wasa crisp and light 7 grain cracker, laughing cow cheese, peperoncini, yoplait low fat yogurt, safflower oil, 3-2-1 Cake, hershey's cocoa, chia seeds, whipped cream.
