Fat: 57.75g | Prot: 125.62g | Carb: 139.70g.   Breakfast:  chicken breast, coffee, healthy life white bread, Marinated Salad. Lunch:  celery, chia seed, green pepper, ground chicken, mature onions, no noodle, tomato sauce, tomatoes, water. Dinner:  green beans, parmesan cheese, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), scallion, water. Snacks/Other:  3-2-1 Cake, chia seeds, hershey's cocoa, laughing cow cheese, peperoncini, safflower oil, wasa crisp and light 7 grain cracker, whipped cream, yoplait low fat yogurt.
