Fat: 31.36g | Prot: 75.00g | Carb: 116.28g.   Breakfast:  100% Natural Tomato Sauce, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Diced Tomatoes in Sauce, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Original Dressing, Shredded Parmesan Cheese, Whole Wheat Noodles. Lunch:  Baked or Broiled Shrimp, Golden Crinkles French Fried Potatoes, Tomato Ketchup. Dinner:  100% Natural Tomato Sauce, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Corn, Diced Tomatoes in Sauce, Fancy Sharp Cheddar Cheese Shredded, Green Hot Chili Peppers (Excluding Seeds, Solids and Liquids, Canned), Tortilla Chips (White Corn). Snacks/Other:  Budweiser Light Beer.
