Breakfast: banana, lemon, low calorie apple and grape juice, orange, peach, spinach, Whey Protein Powder. Lunch: chicken, garlic cheese, Mixed Salad Greens, Spinach Bolani. Dinner: avocado, chicken breast, garlic mint cheese, refried beans, tomato, tomatoes, whole wheat tortilla.
