Fat: 37.10g | Prot: 32.35g | Carb: 133.27g.   Breakfast:  Almonds, Cod Liver Fish Oil, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Pineapple Juice, Walnuts. Dinner:  Gouda Cheese , Green Peas (Frozen), Sliced Beetroot, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin) . Snacks/Other:  Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener), Krydder Boller, Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified).
