Fat: 16.96g | Prot: 78.32g | Carb: 178.63g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Raisin Bran, Strawberries. Lunch:  Cooked Egg White, Fish Chowder, Green Tea. Dinner:  chinese vegetable, Fish, Regular Tofu (with Calcium Sulfate), Rice Noodles (Cooked). Snacks/Other:  5 Cobalt Sugar Free Chewing Gum, Dried Apricot, Pink Lady Apples, Raisins.
