Fat: 87.95g | Prot: 105.47g | Carb: 302.62g.   Breakfast: home fries, lipton black tea, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), quaker quick oats, scrambled eggs, sugar, tropicana orange juice. Lunch: balsamic vinaigrette, brownie, croutons, iced tea lipton, salad, turkey and cheese sandwich. Dinner: calamari, pear gorgonzola salad, stella artois, tortellini with cream sauce.
