Fat: 137.26g | Prot: 201.95g | Carb: 38.04g.   Breakfast:  egg, bacon slice, butter. Lunch:  canola oil, cucumber, garlic, onion, sour cream, olive oil, lime juice, mustard, paprika, feta, salad, Pork Chop. Dinner:  salad, tomato, feta, tuna, anchovy, zucchini. Snacks/Other:  unsweetened almond milk, protein powder, Cocoa Powder, Monterey Cheese, pickled asparagus, ham, Silm System Low Carb Bar.
