Lunch: canola oil, cucumber, feta, garlic, lime juice, mustard, olive oil, onion, paprika, Pork Chop, salad, sour cream. Dinner: anchovy, feta, salad, tomato, tuna, zucchini. Snacks/Other: Cocoa Powder, ham, Monterey Cheese, pickled asparagus, protein powder, Silm System Low Carb Bar, unsweetened almond milk.
