Fat: 137.26g | Prot: 201.95g | Carb: 38.04g.   Breakfast:  bacon slice, butter, egg. Lunch:  canola oil, cucumber, feta, garlic, lime juice, mustard, olive oil, onion, paprika, Pork Chop, salad, sour cream. Dinner:  anchovy, feta, salad, tomato, tuna, zucchini. Snacks/Other:  Cocoa Powder, ham, Monterey Cheese, pickled asparagus, protein powder, Silm System Low Carb Bar, unsweetened almond milk.
