Fat: 78.87g | Prot: 86.71g | Carb: 133.82g.   Breakfast:  Traditional Greek Yoghurt, honey, Unsweetened Frozen Strawberries, Bananas, (King Soopers) 2% Reduced Fat Milk, Cafe Collection White Chocolate Caramel Latte Coffee Creamer, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch:  Premium Deli Turkey Breast, Mozzarella Cheese (Part Skim Milk), Cos or Romaine Lettuce. Dinner:  Original Dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Potato Salad, Maple Cured Bacon Baked Beans, Pork Chop. Snacks/Other:  Almonds (Roasted & Salted), 2% Fat Milk.
