Lunch: banana, fibre one, Fried Chicken Breast No Coating (Skin Not Eaten), Harvest Cheddar Sun Chips, Turkey Breast Meat, yoplait light yogurt. Dinner: chunky beef, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), mini wheats, ritz toasted chips.
