Fat: 61.58g | Prot: 47.02g | Carb: 238.94g.   Breakfast:  Cinnamon Raisin Bagel, Irish Creme Coffee Creamer, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Peanut Butter. Lunch:  Tomato Bisque (Canned, Condensed). Dinner:  Flame Grilled Chicken Leg, Avocado Salsa (Hot), Macaroni & Cheese, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, 6.5" Flour Tortillas. Snacks/Other:  Twix Chocolate Caramel Cookie Bars.
