Fat: 97.21g | Prot: 132.08g | Carb: 249.58g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Cream (Half & Half) , Butter , Sour Dough Bread, Nonfat Blueberry Greek Yogurt, 100% Whey Protein Powder Gold Standard - Vanilla Ice Cream, Crunchy Granola Bars - Cinnamon. Lunch:  Crunch Granola Bar - Chocolate Chip, Italian Sub. Dinner:  Ciabatta, Rye Bread, Butter, Chick Peas, Solid White Albacore in Water, Hummus, Olive Oil. Snacks/Other:  Apple Cranberry Scone, Crunch Granola Bar - Chocolate Chip, TLC Chewy Granola Bars - Dark Mocha Almond.
