Fat: 13.64g | Prot: 126.43g | Carb: 133.94g.   Breakfast:  Activia Blueberry Yogurt, chocolate milk. Lunch:  cottage cheese breakstone fat free, salmon chicken of the sea 3 oz, kirkland tea, celery. Dinner:  chicken breast, mushrooms, brocolli, water chestnuts, bok choy, carrots, Skim Chocolate Milk. Snacks/Other:  string cheese, turkey jerky, Vodka, diet pepsi, Clementines.
