Fat: 13.64g | Prot: 126.43g | Carb: 133.94g.   Breakfast:  Activia Blueberry Yogurt, chocolate milk. Lunch:  celery, cottage cheese breakstone fat free, kirkland tea, salmon chicken of the sea 3 oz. Dinner:  chicken breast, bok choy, brocolli, carrots, mushrooms, Skim Chocolate Milk, water chestnuts. Snacks/Other:  Clementines, diet pepsi, string cheese, turkey jerky, Vodka.
