Fat: 74.83g | Prot: 62.07g | Carb: 169.66g.   Breakfast:  Traditional Greek Yoghurt, honey, Strawberries, Crunchy Granola Bars - Oats 'n Honey, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cafe Collection White Chocolate Caramel Latte Coffee Creamer. Lunch:  Jumbo Turkey Franks, Yellow Mustard, Dutch Country 100% Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner:  Lean Ground Beef, Black Beans, Frozen Fresh Golden Sweet Corn, Sour Cream, Mild Picante Sauce, Fancy Sharp Cheddar Cheese Shredded, Tortillas Caseras. Snacks/Other:  Cashew Halves & Pieces, Milk Chocolate Kisses, QUAKER QUAKES KETTLE CORN.
