Fat: 53.33g | Prot: 64.87g | Carb: 345.72g.   Breakfast:  coffee, ezekiel bread, high fiber cereal, organic peanut butter, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, very cherry blend. Lunch:  corn tortillas, hamentashen, organic salsa, refried beans trader joes, romaine lettuce. Dinner:  carrot, hamentashen, meatless meatballs trader joes, Minestrone Soup (veg and bean). Snacks/Other:  air popped popcorn, Banana Wheat Germ Chocolate Chip Muffins, maple syrup.
