Fat: 53.33g | Prot: 64.87g | Carb: 345.72g.   Breakfast:  unsweetened vanilla almond milk, coffee, very cherry blend, high fiber cereal, ezekiel bread, organic peanut butter. Lunch:  refried beans trader joes, corn tortillas, organic salsa, romaine lettuce, hamentashen. Dinner:  Minestrone Soup (veg and bean), meatless meatballs trader joes, carrot, hamentashen. Snacks/Other:  Banana Wheat Germ Chocolate Chip Muffins, air popped popcorn, maple syrup.
