Fat: 107.07g | Prot: 123.16g | Carb: 123.89g.   Breakfast:  light & fit yogurt, chia seeds, safflower oil. Lunch:  Mild Chicken Thigh. Dinner:  Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), spinach, turnips. Snacks/Other:  wasa crisp and light 7 grain cracker, laughing cow cheese, 3-2-1 Cake, peperoncini, hershey's cocoa, chia seeds, whipped cream, light & fit yogurt, safflower oil.
