Fat: 33.46g | Prot: 57.45g | Carb: 238.72g.   Breakfast:  fat free half and half, sugar, coffee, nutrimeal, Fire-Roasted Veggie Sandwich. Lunch:  Tazo Shaken Iced Green Tea (Tall), cosi sandwich, baby carrots. Dinner:  fat free hot dog. Snacks/Other:  white wine, chex snacks.
