Fat: 32.66g | Prot: 54.72g | Carb: 157.73g.   Breakfast:  banana, english muffin, Slim fast shake. Lunch:  slim fast shake. Dinner:  Balsamic Pork, Roasted garlic red skin mashed potatoes, Roasted asparagus. Snacks/Other:  grapes.
