Fat: 45.57g | Prot: 36.34g | Carb: 124.63g.   Breakfast:  Pineapple Juice, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Cod Liver Fish Oil, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Walnuts, Almonds, Brazil Nuts. Dinner:  Red Tomatoes , Sliced Beetroot, Cucumber (with Peel) , Celery , Smoked or Cured Ham (Lean Only Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener), Krydder Boller, Tea Unsweetened, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick.
