Fat: 45.57g | Prot: 36.34g | Carb: 124.63g.   Breakfast:  Almonds, Brazil Nuts, Cod Liver Fish Oil, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Pineapple Juice, Walnuts. Dinner:  Celery , Cucumber (with Peel) , Red Tomatoes , Sliced Beetroot, Smoked or Cured Ham (Lean Only Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener), Krydder Boller, Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Tea Unsweetened.
