Fat: 60.57g | Prot: 90.35g | Carb: 187.43g.   Breakfast:  Morningstar, chocolate milk 1%, 0% milk organic. Lunch:  chobani yogurt, morningstar, slimwiches, banana, earthbound farm mini carrots. Dinner:  slimwiches, Trident salmon, boston lettuce red, cherry tomatoes, light ranch, strawberries. Snacks/Other:  apple, craisins cranberries, whole almonds, raw peanuts p-wee.
