Fat: 60.57g | Prot: 90.35g | Carb: 187.43g.   Breakfast:  0% milk organic, chocolate milk 1%, Morningstar. Lunch:  banana, chobani yogurt, earthbound farm mini carrots, morningstar, slimwiches. Dinner:  boston lettuce red, cherry tomatoes, light ranch, slimwiches, strawberries, Trident salmon. Snacks/Other:  apple, craisins cranberries, raw peanuts p-wee, whole almonds.
