Fat: 77.33g | Prot: 78.94g | Carb: 130.41g.
Breakfast: bacon, black tea, butter, egg, Ezekiel bread. Lunch: butter, green beans, mustard, sweet potato, turkey ham. Dinner: carrot lentil soup, chicken, Publix coffee almond fudge ice cream, sliced tomato, vegetable stir-fry. Snacks/Other: carob, cream, instant decaf, Lindt 70%.
