Lunch:  AdvantEdge Soy Protein Powder - Vanilla, Bananas, Milk (Nonfat), Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding Snack, Unsweetened Frozen Strawberries. Dinner:  Green Beans, Ground Beef, Iced Tea, Turnip Greens.
