Fat: 56.82g | Prot: 70.29g | Carb: 253.13g.   Lunch:  6" Flour Tortillas, Beef Taco Meat, Corn Tortillas, Fancy Fiesta Blend Cheese Shredded, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), nehi, Original Taco Sauce, Refried Beans, Vegetable Oil. Dinner:  chicken noodles, lettuce. Snacks/Other:  Belvita Golden Oat Breakfast Biscuits, nehi, special k cracker chips.
