Fat: 67.23g | Prot: 89.68g | Carb: 240.61g.   Breakfast:  milk, coffee, kashi go lean cereal, half and half, splenda. Lunch:  red beans, rice and sausage, apple. Dinner:  filet mignon, Super Berry, romain lettuce, Ore Ida Tater Tots, ketchup, bacon. Snacks/Other:  Ranch croutons, chocolate , belgian beer, sugar free popsicle, Jolly Time.
