Fat: 90.43g | Prot: 255.98g | Carb: 173.69g.   Breakfast:  Cottage Cheese 1%, Mini Chocolate, Mini Chocolate, Sweet Potato, Tabbouleh (Bulgar with Tomatoes and Parsley). Lunch:  Chick Peas, Mackeral Fillet, Mayonnaise, Tabbouleh (Bulgar with Tomatoes and Parsley), Tuna in Water (Canned). Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Tabbouleh (Bulgar with Tomatoes and Parsley), Tuna in Water (Canned). Snacks/Other:  1% Fat Milk, Honey, Navels Oranges, Protein Powder.
