Fat: 78.86g | Prot: 148.56g | Carb: 351.27g.   Breakfast:  Banana, Ohyeah!, Strawberry Yogurt Parfait. Lunch:  Fuji Apple, Marketside. Dinner:  BBQ Chopped Chicken Salad, Whole Grain Baguette Panera. Snacks/Other:  Blue Diamond Oven Roasted Almonds, Clif Chocolate Chip, Lowfat 2% Greek-Style Yogurt - Strawberry, Special K Low Fat Granola.
