Fat: 24.47g | Prot: 70.16g | Carb: 140.02g.   Breakfast:  chobani black cherry, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Rich Chocolate Hot Cocoa Mix. Lunch:  canned tuna, celery, egg, hot sauce, lemon juice, lettuce, mayo. Dinner:  Butter (Salted), Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner, Seasoned Shredded Pork in Original BBQ Sauce, Summer Crisp Golden Sweet Corn. Snacks/Other:  green tea, hot mustard, pink lady apple, pretzel snaps.
