Fat: 60.42g | Prot: 95.27g | Carb: 31.60g.   Breakfast:  eggs, half and half, mancini fried peppers. Lunch:  boars head chicken breast, mancini fried peppers. Dinner:  broccoli, oil, salad, salmon. Snacks/Other:  atkins peanut butter fudge crisp.
