Lunch:  BBQ Sauce, Chicken, Cool Ranch, Kaiser Bun. Dinner:  Deep Fried Potato French Fries (from Frozen), Garlic Bread, Milk (Nonfat), Ribeye (10 oz), Whey Protein.
